Can be used by day time for those without eye makeup during day time, otherwise can used it by night time after makeup remover done. For better result please apply at eyelash roots. (Probably same as normal part of the eye liner makeup). No need apply too much each time.

For better result, please apply every day before sleep. Charming eyelash will growth up if you use continuously.

Apply upper eyelash: Apply to eyelash roots. Recommend close the eye a bit and brush the upper eyelashes roots evenly. Avoid the liquid get inside the eye. Just brush 2-3 times.
Apply under eyelash: Attention just use approprite amount. Slightly brush the under eyelashes roots. Do not get inside the eye or other area. In case get into the eye or other pla ce please wipe it with tissue paper.
